Thread Inspection

Automation Manager utilizes the use of cameras to measure a variety of areas in the thread of objects.

In an alternative example we showed the kinematics of the inspection. And used red and green dots to show pass or fail. The speed was an average 400 parts per minute with the use of three cameras.
