Standard Systems

Part are inspected for dimensions and cracks. Two cameras inspect the parts dimensions and  2 camera's detect cracks. The system has discrete IO (8 in and 8 out 12/24v) to receive a command to measure and send accept or reject signals. The camera resolution is 1280 * 1024 viewing a field of view of approx 2.3” * 1.7”. Pixel size = 0.001” Measuring accuracy = 0.0002”
